CLUB RIOT is a theatrical, cutting edge, high-energy dance event with explosive performances integrated into a dance party. It is a sensory enhanced even,ù replete with go-go dancers, a roaming videographer who projects images throughout the club, a palm reader, a cooking deejay, a face painter, a masseuse, a hair-weaver, a photographer, call and response dancing. Ideal for alternative performance spaces and clubs, it is also highly adaptable and suitable for private functions, fashion shows, industrials, conventions and political and launching parties. |
Dancers for upcoming performances include Christina Briggs, Yoel Cassell, Jeffrey Freeze, Jillian Hollis, Johari Mayfield, Kerry Nicholson, Christine Polland, Jenny Rocha and Matthew Eggleton.
In NYC, Club Riot showcased at The Tank, an intimate bar/performance space on 42nd Street. Next year, it can be seen at The Club at La MaMa, NYC.
